About Me
Hi, I'm Kathryn
Alongside TechAssist, I work as a Root Cause Therapist and Trauma-Informed Coach.
Which means I don’t just understand systems.
I understand people.
As a heart-centred practitioner, I started noticing a pattern among the women around me in business communities, trainings, and coaching spaces.
So many brilliant women were struggling with the tech side of business.
Not because they weren’t capable.
Because they were already wearing too many hats.
I saw the frustration and the self-doubt - that quiet voice saying:
“I just want to help my clients. Why does the tech feel so hard?”
I understand that feeling.
That’s why I don’t rush you, overload you with information, or throw confusing tech language
at you.
I keep things simple, I explain what matters,
