About Me

Hi, I'm Kathryn

Alongside TechAssist, I work as a Root Cause Therapist and Trauma-Informed Coach.

Which means I don’t just understand systems.

I understand people.

As a heart-centred practitioner, I started noticing a pattern among the women around me in business communities, trainings, and coaching spaces.

So many brilliant women were struggling with the tech side of business.

Not because they weren’t capable.

Because they were already wearing too many hats.

I saw the frustration and the self-doubt - that quiet voice saying:

“I just want to help my clients. Why does the tech feel so hard?”

I understand that feeling.

That’s why I don’t rush you, overload you with information, or throw confusing tech language

at you.

I keep things simple, I explain what matters,

and I help remove the things that are slowing you down.

How we work together

Step 1: We chat

Start with a message or a free call so I can understand what you need help with. You can share what’s on your list, what feels stuck and any dates you’re working towards.

Step 2: We choose the right support

Together, we’ll decide whether a monthly support package or occasional ad hoc help is the best fit for your business. I’ll explain the options clearly, answer your questions and make sure the level of support feels right for what you need.

Step 3: We get things moving

Once we’ve agreed on the best way to work together, I’ll confirm your priorities, organise your support time and get started on the tasks that will make the biggest difference..

Your go-to tech support, month after month

Imagine being able to think, “I’ll get Kathryn to sort that,” whenever another digital task lands on your list.

My monthly packages give you reserved support time with someone who gets to know your business, your systems and how you like things done.

We agree on your priorities, and I get to work.

TECH ESSENTIALS

  • $320 per month

  • Up to 4 hours of support

  • For the smaller updates and recurring tasks you’d love to hand over.

  • Keep your website, emails and digital materials up to date, with a familiar person to turn to each month.

  • Equivalent to $80 per hour when your full allowance is used

TECH PRIORITY

  • $640 per month

  • Up to 8 hours of support

  • For a fuller digital to-do list that needs regular attention.

  • Give ongoing updates and more involved tasks the time they need, with support from someone who understands your business.

  • Equivalent to $80 per hour when your full allowance is used.

Included with both packages:

• Reserved support time each month
• Priority over ad hoc work
• Support tailored to your agreed tasks and priorities
• Someone who gets to know your business and how you like things done

Your hours can be used for website edits, email automations, forms and booking systems, Canva graphics, existing PDF updates and digital organisation.

Larger website builds, rebrands and substantial projects are quoted separately.

Package Terms

All prices are in AUD.

Packages are paid monthly in advance and continue month-to-month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel.

Time is tracked in 15-minute increments and includes communication, research and testing related to your tasks.

Unused hours don’t roll over.

Any work beyond your allowance is agreed with you first and charged at $90 per hour unless you choose to upgrade your package.

Just need occasional help?

Ad hoc support is available at $90 per hour for individual tasks and occasional updates.
