Lavender Haze was founded by Kathryn Askew and Fiona Harris of Fiona Harris Soul Support with a simple vision:

To create a welcoming space where women over 40 can connect, belong and build genuine friendships.

As life changes, many women find themselves craving deeper connection. Children grow up, friendships shift, careers evolve, and it's not always easy to find spaces where you can simply show up as yourself.

And as women over a certain age, we can often start to feel somewhat invisible.

Lavender Haze was created to change that.

We meet fortnightly during school terms at the Outlook Community Centre in Pakenham, bringing together women from all walks of life for meaningful conversations, shared experiences and authentic connection.

Because both Fiona and I both work within therapeutic and trauma-aware modalities, we very much facilitate the groups from a trauma-informed perspective.

There is never any pressure to perform or have everything figured out -

just a warm, supportive community of women who understand the value of friendship, encouragement and belonging.

Alongside our regular gatherings, we also host workshops and special events throughout the year focused on personal growth, wellbeing, creativity and connection.
