Have you ever wondered why you keep falling into the same patterns of behaviour and emotion, even though you know they aren't serving you?
The answer might be hidden within your subconscious memories...
Root Cause Therapy is a trauma healing method that uses regression to heal unprocessed emotions that are still causing unwanted thoughts, behaviours, and symptoms in your daily life.
"But I haven’t experienced any major traumas in my life!"

Basically, any event in our past which had a significant emotional impact at the time can leave us with "trauma".
It is the emotions which are still attached to the events which cause the formation of:
Limiting Beliefs
Negative Patterns of Behaviour
Ongoing Emotional Triggers,
and so on.
It is also important to note that will-power, re-framing, using positive affirmations, etc will not heal trauma.
This is because trauma lives in your body, causing your nervous system to be on constant "high alert" to anything which could be a threat. (It doesn't even need to be a real threat - in fact, the majority of the time the threat is imagined as a result of our own experiences, self-talk and beliefs)
Releasing trapped emotions involves accessing the subconscious mind, where these emotions are stored and continue to influence our thoughts, behaviours, and overall well-being.
The subconscious mind controls approximately 95% of our actions, making it a powerful force in our lives. It holds onto emotional experiences, especially those we haven’t fully processed, and can override conscious efforts to change.
Root Cause Therapy works by tapping into the subconscious, allowing you to access and release these deeply rooted emotions, freeing you from the mental and emotional blocks that have been holding you back.
Imagine your mind as an iceberg.
The small visible portion above the water represents your conscious mind, while the vast majority, hidden beneath the surface, is your subconscious.
Just as the unseen part of the iceberg drives its movement, your subconscious drives much of your behaviour, often in ways you aren't aware of.
Through Root Cause Therapy, we dive beneath the surface to the depths of your subconscious, healing the emotional wounds that continue to influence your daily life.
By addressing these deeply buried emotions, we can create real, lasting change, allowing your conscious mind and intentions to finally take control.
